Grace Residency was first established in 2000 and has grown from one property to
5 now. Currently three out of the five have been leased out exclusively for PG
accommodation. We are one of the number 1 hotels in Tamil Nadu. You can enjoy
a relaxing stay with minimum budget and maximum comfort. We offer a range of flexible accommodation styles to suit individuals, couples, families and corporate.

Grace Residency is currently located in three locations Purusawalkam has 12 double rooms, Airport has 7 suite rooms, 20 double rooms and 6 transit rooms, and Pondy has 6 double rooms. The bedrooms have been designed to offer a high standard of comfort and fresh modern decor.
The various facilities this hotel features include free WiFi, and access to many restaurants within the same premises .
